REFUND PROCESS

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used at the time of booking.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, health emergencies or other events beyond our control, we will do our best to reschedule your order or provide a credit note valid for one year, as deemed appropriate.

Our cakes are handcrafted in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, nuts and other allergens.
While we take the utmost care, we cannot guarantee that our products are prepared in a completely allergen-free environment.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order so we can advise you accordingly.
